The best of the best. Soft yet all noise in gone.

Tried many types but these are the most comfortable I’ve found for sleeping.

I have alleged that my wife snores loud enough to keep me awake at night. She denies this, and is correct MOST of the time. We began taking turns sleeping in another room but since I bought these we have both slept restfully in the same room. I was skeptical at first but if you get them down into your ear canal as directed they work very well. The only drawback I have found is they can become uncomfortable at times. Not painful, just mildly uncomfortable.

Hearos ruined their Xtreme (33db) ear plugs by making them smaller in every dimension and I'd been struggling to find a good replacement as I have long/large ear canals.FitThough these are slimmer than the Xtremes their longer profile actually allows me to block about the same amount of noise if I shove them far enough in my ear.ComfortIt's way less comfortable since I feel like I'm poking my inner ear, but it at least blocks enough noise. I might be generous with the 5 stars, but it's really the only thing I've found after trying countless other brands.Noise Blocking:If you can get the right fit, the noise blocking is comparable to the original Xtremes. I used them at concerts and in bed at night.Quality:They seem to last a tiiiny bit longer than the new formula Xtremes, but that means you just get 3-4 uses out of them. The originals you could use for weeks.ConclusionIf you're someone who liked the original Xtremes and can't find anything else, give these a try. Maybe you also just have a long ear canal.

Seemed to be too small and didn’t seal very well. I took them out and went back to my Mack’s, which is what I was trying to replace.

Complaints that ear plugs are getting too small are correct on the Macks I ordered. These Hearos Iordered may be smaller than in the past but not necessarily "to small." I have an average ear canal and unlike others, these Heraos did not "disappear" uncomfortable into my ear like the macks. How far I slide these Hearos into my ear canal is defined more by me, not by the small size of the ear plugs for fear of sliding in too far. Four stars because they may be a bit too stiff for some, but they still have that added, flared "lip" on the outer side for better grip in pulling them out. You are still going to feel ear pressure and they are not going to cancel the sound of somone chopping fire wood in the next room. But I've found these the best so far for canceling the sound through my window from a stereo next door in the alleyway.

I lose these like crazy, these are nice and bright. I’m a glass artist and use these to plug the ends of my blowtube, they work perfectly!

These plugs are long and thin. They do not fit well in my ears and do not expand to a large enough diameter to block the noise appropriately. I've been wearing ear plugs for many years, maybe my ear canals have enlarged over time.(idk??) These may work great for younger people or those who feel ear plugs are generally too tight, but they don't work for me.Edit: I did reach out to the manufacturer who said they have improved their molds so they stay more consistent over time. In years past, the plugs would get larger as the molds would age, creating the larger plugs. Now, the new molds will allow the plugs to stay closer to intended specs. (My ears need the larger plugs, hence they no longer fit well for me)
