It did it's job but you have to have a bath and soak to get it off

Value for money professional tape. It suck so well a shower couldn't move it.

I use this as a cheaper alternative to Transtape, for the purpose of chest binding (to create the appearance of a flat chest, especially under clothing) and it works very well. The tape adheres to the skin very well and stays stuck even in water, and after several days of wear. I did experience some minor peeling in the corners of the tape but I suspect that may have been due to my not applying it perfectly (some wrinkling) as it was my first attempt. However, the peeling did not lessen its effectiveness.Removal is very easy and painless, you simply peel off the tape (slowly) in the same direction you stuck it down. So, if I stick the tape down in the middle of my chest first, then press it down outwards towards my armpit, then I will also remove it starting in the middle of the chest and moving outwards. After removing the tape, there may be some sticky residue of the adhesive left on the skin. Some baby oil rubbed gently on the skin while showering as normal will remove the residue.Although I did wear the tape for 3 days straight, I would not recommend doing this if you don't need to, as wearing the tape for a long time can cause the skin underneath to start to itch a little bit. It's not terrible, but it can get a little uncomfortable after a while. That said, I definitely prefer binding with this tape over wearing a traditional binder and I won't be going back!The tape is also very stretchy and this helps with support. I do feel the support could have been a little better (there was some very slight sagging and my chest was not flattened as much as I'd like) but again this could have been due to my skill in applying it.Overall I am very pleased and I will be coming back to buy some more, thank you!

It's amazing, it stopped the pain in my neck, shoulder and feet (plantar fasciitis). I have lived in chronic pain for years RSI in my arms, neck and shoulder pain and developed (PF) in my feet. Developed the problems in my last job. Pain killers don't do very much and Voltarol Gel and Ibuprofen gel give some relief. The podiatrist was not much help with my feet and the insoles I get do not help much either. When I put the tape on I could feel the pain in my shoulder and neck dissipating quickly and for the first time I had little to no pain there. When I used it on my feet I found I could walk without pain for the first time in years, and when I first get out of bed or from sitting there is no striking pain and thumping. It's like yes I can walk again, I can get on with everything without the fear of extreme pain in my feet and hopefully it will mean I can walk for longer. I have already found I can be on my feet for longer. Before its was only minutes to 25min I could stand before I could not take it anymore. This type of tape should be given out on the NHS.The tape came off my feet and one arm in the shower, the rest is still stuck on but coming off at the edges on the back, that's 3 days I have had the tape on. Its painless to take off the feet even without water. Only take off while pouring water over the tape and slowly or its nips the skin. I have sensitive skin and it was fine on mine and left no marks when removed. The edges of the tape only came off a bit when it kept being catched/rubbed while in bed. In you package you will get a leaflet with the web address to go to for the ebooklet. It has very good basic applications which I have used. The graphics could be better. I applied it after washing with soap, and after my skin had dried and put nothing on my skin.

Worked for reducing pain in my shoulder but had to stop using as had allergic reaction and skin blisterd. But it was easy to use and had good stick.

Now I have to use tape for martial arts.I am trying a few different brands, I seen the price was reasonable and reviews were decent.Professional packaging, came with ebook to download which contains the basics of how to use kinesiology tape for different injuries and part of body. Useful to get started with but would do further research or consult a professional before first applying.I was surprised at how thin the tape is and it gave a nice stretch, I thought this would allow breathability and heat dissipation although on the 2nd day I felt itchy where the tape was and heat started to build up so I removed the tape. I will continue to use as they provide great flexibility, though only during exercise.ProsThe thinness is even better for slight overlapping.Very sticky and stayed on even after showering. After applying the tape, rub the glossy side of the peel back paper over the tape area to ensure it has adhered properly.Felt goof support and great flexibility when moving.
