Love it you can feel the affect straight away

I thought this product would be good but the instructions got the bands strength in back to front order of difficulty so I started off using the most difficult band when i thought it was the weakest! It was quite good for a week and then the band split so I won't be recommending as I'm very disappointed with the product total waste of money for me

I was pleased when my parcel arrived sooner than expected but I feared the worse when I saw how damaged the box was. It was so badly damaged that it looked second-hand and the manual was missing. However, the arm exerciser itself appears to be intact.Fingers crossed it works now!!!

Brilliant idea and product BUT disappointed that with daily use the band's snap in half. Wish it was stronger.

Brought two of these by accident. Not very rubust.First one I used snapped where the screw is. I've used the other which seems ok. Good thing is I have 2 sets of bands that intensifies the resistance. Will see if it actually does what is says......

Really works my arms look better within a couple of weeks

Don't buy if you have any strength in your arms. Good idea but cheaply made. Ok on weak band but Bands will snap after short time. Very flimsy waste of money.

Wer nur ein wenig seine Oberarme täglich trainieren will, für den ist das Teil super. Mir waren die Bänder leider zu schwach, musste jetzt ein stärkeres Band nehmen, nachdem die anderen zerrissen sind. Würde das Gerät aber wieder kaufen, sollte es zerbrechen. Endlich mal etwas, das wirklich die Oberarme fester macht.
