Pleasantly surprised by the actual size feels so soft will definitely buy a hoard to make my priceless winter throw. I fully recommend to purchase.

Self striping, NOT ombré.
On one level I love this yarn, it is soft and the colours are stunning.I have never worked from a cake before, and find it so much better than a ball!!It is fluffy, but as I need to wear a mask when working with any yarn it isn’t a problem for me.I SO wish, for all these reasons, that I could give it 5 stars. However, the garment I am making called for the gradual fade of an ombré yarn, and this is definitely not that. It is self striping, with a clear change of colours. This is very disappointing, as I will have a stripy jacket, not a gently fading one. Hence the 3 stars.

Not consistent!
Nice wool! Soft and easy to work. However the patterns of colour is not consistent making it difficult to continue a pattern when working on larger pieces. Also comes with many mendings.
