Snug fit
I haven't tried this out in the gym yet, but when I tried it on it is a snug fit. I'm hoping that it will be comfortable when I go to the gym for a workout and for my yoga classes and will update if possible.

Light support.
Ok but not much support and I’m not a big woman.

it isn't a good look or feel
This is not a bra! I thought it was a running top I could wear as a bra - for support. I set off today wearing it under my t-shirt and within a few minutes the band underneath my bust had rolled up and I was also unsupported tits a swinging! I am a 34D so don't try it ladies, it isn't a good look or feel! I admit it didn't rub but I will never run in it again, not without some support underneath!

Tough enough for Tough Mudder
Great fit and very comfortable. Got me through a Tough Mudder and then washed up to look new again.
