I have high leptin level due to medication, learning here how it works and how to counteract my meds side effects is extremely enlightening and useful. It also gave me a better understanding of what the drs have been saying. Thanks a million.

Quick and Easy read but info was but a bit limited
If you are going to purchase would recommend buying as a kindle book due to how short it is and how limited the info is.This book would of been better if a little more science behind how the recommended dietary changes improve leptin and insulin resistance rather than the author telling us to just "look it up on the internet and plough through the published research studies".

Taking care of your body
If you care about your health and well-being, this is a good read. Getting your leptin receptors back on track is something that can completely change your life around, which can affect your weight, sleeping patterns, and overall happiness. The book is fairly well written, and it explains the core concepts you need to know if you want to take care of your leptin levels. Some of the concepts are important, like keeping your meals in proportion, not constantly eating all day (which a lot of people do; this creates the obvious issues we see today). The recipes are also easy to understand.

This book is full of advice regarding hormones that all women I know experience difficulty with.It is definitely worth the price & works.

Simple and fast reading
This book was easy to read and resonated with me and has great recipes. I will give it a try and hopefully would see an improvement in my health and weight.

Nothing new just another restrictive diet plan!!
Good job it was cheap, nothing new and not good for vegetarians as it is just like the Atkins plan
