Did what it needed to do and was comfortable. I wish I bought 2 pairs instead of one.

Worked well when needed.

Not as much support as a jock strap. Still the ice packs handled what the pain meds didn't. Having extra ice packs to keep in rotation was key for reducing pain for me. Overall worked great, but would suggest a jock strap in conjunction with the briefs to keep everything in place.

I am giving this a neutral rating of 3 stars due to the fact that these vasectomy shorts were too small for my husband and he could not wear them after his vasectomy. I went by the chart measurements and got him a Large, but he needed an XL.I am unable to give a better review since we could not use these shorts with the ice packs, but the concept seems good and I can see how the ice packs would help the soreness and pain in the area. Having 2 ice packs to switch out regularly seems helpful.

The cold is your friend...Infact your boys will thank you!The surgery was nothing!The recovery is the ruff part.These help out SO MUCH!I would highly recommend.And get yourself some tighty whiteys to wear under these shorts for EXTRA support and comfort.....

This product might seem great in theory but it does not support well and the ice packs might be large but even if you have a big package they will just end up sagging and swinging or sitting on top of your package instead of supporting. Couldn’t tell you how many times I actually hurt myself more eith the ice packs and this pair of “vasectomy underwear” I can’t recommend not to buy a product more especially for recovery after a vasectomy. The shorts themselves are soft and sure I’ll wear them as underwear once I’ve healed up but all in all you’re much better off purchasing the Test-Eeze jockstrap that come with ice packs. Much better support the ice sits in the right spot and all in all a much better product. thank you for coming to my Ted talk and don’t buy these.

These have zero jock support and are so thin the icepack will burn your skin. The ice packs are too large and hard when frozen and the edges are sharp. Save your money, buy a real jock strap and just use a frozen bag of peas wrapped in a thin towel or one of those bead ice packs that has more formability.
