Its a mandral, its smooth its round, its solid. What else can you want?I would say my only slight annoyance is that the thickest area is just about what I want, though I geuss this is my fault for not double checking the starting and final diametre.

Although this is exactly as described, I ordered the wrong shape and had to return it for a refund. It is very very sturdy though and last a lifetime.

Good solid tool for job

It's big, it's heavy and you could probably break your foot with it. It's also very good for making bangles, which is handy really, or may be a little more wristy!

Is a good size for all bracelets and a good weight.

This was a Christmas present for my daughter-in-law for jewellery manufacturing hobby. It is a heavy duty mandrel which she likes vet much.
