Bulk Herbs Oregano 1 kg

i make oregano and thyme tea to strengthen my immune system before the winter and also in cooking, this one is great, no sticks and small leaves (some oregano has these huge leaves that are awful in a sauce), nice flavour, not too strong.

Not top quality Oregano but at that price what more do you want? As a comparison, to buy the same quantity from my local Sainsbury's would cost £83.00! The only snag I can see with this purchase is using it up before it starts to go off. Even though it may have a shelf life of 2 years, theres a lot of Oregano in a kilo bag. Still it is exceptional value and if you do not want the best Oregano you can buy then this is just the product for you.

tastes disgusting

Very cheap & it shows, not much in the way of leaves - smells like oregano & is OK in cooking, however it does have a quite bitter after taste & it's full of dust & tiny woody bits. Previous purchases from other suppliers have looked far more like dried leaves & not the sweepings!

Very dry and spicky, I blend a load befire use

Although package was received later than date specified the herb is great and due to the amount of cooking I do using it, it is cheaper than supermarkets.

Good quality and a kg goes a very long way!

Great value for money, this will last us a long time, as at present used for my dog to help with allergies
