This company stands above the rest and I’m happy to share my experience. I contacted them in regards to my original purchase which is great quality and everything I expected it to be. I lost the screw driver that’s provided with this caseAnd I desperately needed it so I could replace a cracked screen protector. “ so always put the included screw driver in a safe place buyers 😂” this case is very durable, stylish and cost friendly. After contacting this company not only did they ensure I receive the missing screw driver, they completely allowed me to select another case of my color choice. To top this all off I received it in the mail in 2 days. If I could write a novel of positive remarks today in reference to this company I’d do so. The presentation inside the box is on point but the protection of the case is too thick and to big on my wrist even though my wrist are big this makes ur watch look jumbo even on a big wrist and the round turn down stays in the way causing siri to malfunction almost all the time. But for protection if not for the other stuff would be all five stars it just depends on the person but for me it didn't work.

The media could not be loaded. Had to order a new phone case because the first one is coming apart. So I ordered a new phone case and it was delivered today. I opened the box and found a a watch case no screwdriver or any replacement screws. Just empty bags. Tried to get in touch with the seller but no response. So I’m definitely disappointed.the phone case looks great and protects the watch from getting damaged. For what it cost me to replace the watch case you would think that they would have a way to get in touch with customer service but they don’t. So I guess this is the only way to get a response from them. Update sent message to customer service and they responded to my message and they are going to send a replacement watch case for the one described above. I had to order a new one which was missing pieces. After some work I got the new one fixed. All and all the response from the company was great and I would buy from them again.

I have to say it makes the watch have a bolder look, and it feels protected from everyday office bumps and deployments. I work in a tech department and I was concerned about my watch, after this purchase I have no worries I really like it.Suggestions: A smoked grey case, with hexagon screws for a tough, rugged and smooth look.

I dislike cause I only had this watch band for a couple weeks and it already broke, and I can’t exchange it for another one.

This watch case received amazing reviews from my peers, but unfortunately did not hold up to my expectations. It is an eye opener, but it is also very very big on the wrist. There are also too many imperfections on this case. The dial side of the case did not line up correctly and the rubber band felt very cheap. The rubber band also had rough edges that just don’t appear to be worth $40. I really wish this product was all the hype, but it is just a cool item for a collector.

Customer service is really good very understanding. Will be buying again great product!!!

This concept was so cool, it worked and looked so good for a while but didn’t last long. It broke and won’t screw back on. The plastic is very weak and broke in the most unorthodox way. I can’t even explain it properly but it literally cannot close or screw back on because the little spot where the screw rests broke and won’t hold the screws down anymore.
