Volume is ok. A little quiet on a louder bike but can hear fine.

This is my second helmet communication device and by far, the best. I reviewed several other makers versions of these but this one offered more than what I needed and, through this Amazon seller, I was able to buy it for less than anyone else could offer. I had another brand's product and struggled to hear my wife at speeds over 50mph. My friends jokingly tell me that is a good thing but it sucks trying to communicate on a ride when you can't have any discussions. This product works perfectly once all the settings are correctly completed. Installation was also very easy and similar to any other make. The release clip is very easy and the charging is very fast. Don't waste your money buying any other brand.
