A Hefty Price Tag for Nothing Extraordinary
I feel that 2 stars can seem a bit harsh depending on what results you are aiming for but here me out. I got recommended this from a skin care video on YouTube but admittedly I should've done more research before purchasing the product, because if I did, I doubt I would've bought it for the hefty price tag.PH tests I found online have labelled it around 5.5-6PH level which is definitely a plus in my eyes since it can help you get into the healthy PH range for your skin. This is the only major plus for me.Bad sides are the ingredients, now this paragraph is gonna be really anal but if you are aiming for best results possible, this stuff will matter. There are a few ingredients in for the sake of perfuming and fragrance, which really is irreverent for skincare, especially when it comes as a detriment to your skin such as Phenoxyethanol, which can cause blistering to skin in high doses. If you use use the face wash regularly enough it could build up overtime to cause very slight but noticeable reddening to skin. It also contains Glyceryl Oleate, which isn't to much of a problem for me but if you are trying to treat fungal acne, it could make it worse. Last noteworthy ingredient if you have sensitive skin is citric acid.I feel like it's so easy to see a price tag and expect good results since it feels like you are paying for a 'luxury' product, but if you are getting really into skin care routines, actually getting into the science behind it all and wanting to aim for the very best of results, then this is a real sham. It's basically like buying the off brand Aldi face wash... but £20 more expensive.tl;drFor basic skin care routine and if you are rich, then this is fine. If you are wanting actual results mixed with a detailed skin care routine AVOID THIS PRODUCT.
