Apple iPhone 14, 128GB, Midnight - (Renewed)

I was really apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone as you don’t get to see the exact phone you’ll be buying beforehand. It’s all a bit of a gamble, but felt confident knowing this was covered under the 30 day Amazon return policy.I needn’t of worried. The iPhone 14 128gb yellow phone I received just absolutely pristine. I couldn’t believe in was a secondhand refurb. There wasn’t even so much as a fine scratch on it. It has 95% battery health and was amazing value at £305 way cheaper than anywhere else I’d be looking on the high street. Transferring from my old iPhone 12 to the iPhone 14 was slick quick and easy via iCloud. The phone arrived with a flat battery, but once charged up it was fine. Holds charge well. I’m assuming it’s still got all original Apple parts as no error messages have popped up. I’m really really impressed. Arrived the next day via Prime. Alarmed that no signature was required. Alarming it might have been left on my doorstep had we not been in 🤔. It was delivered in an unmarked box with a brand new changing cable (can’t prove or disprove it’s an Apple cable or not), and a sim pin. The phone was well protected in a well-fitting blow-up sectioned bubble bag. Absolutely love my new phone. Highly recommended

The phone is very good. Comes in perfect condition and with a charger lead. Battery health was on 95%. Colour is perfect too. Would definitely recommend

Shockingly bad. The screen is not recognised by iOS and repeatedly notifies you through a pop up. The battery gets too hot to handle and the red lines appear across the screen. The phone randomly and regularly powers off and you cannot restart for at least 5 minutes. Absolutely surprised that such inferior quality phones can be sold for £300 on Amazon. Clearly the refurb is of sub standard condition lasting barely 2 weeks. Fortunately this has happened within the 30 days otherwise I could see there may be a problem returning. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning, waiting for a refund and starting all over again in finding a replacement. I will go to Apple instead.

I ordered an iPhone 14 in "excellent" condition after smashing my iPhone X - it arrived quickly, was well packaged and came with a charging cable which is always nice to have an extra of. I had to clean the ringer toggle as it was a bit dirty but it was clean aside from that. I was a bit disappointed with the number of little scuffs on the metal edge around the screen, although they looked like normal wear & tear or maybe from a case. There are really small and fine imperfections on the metal around the back camera lenses and one fine scratch on the screen. My biggest issue is the battery health which was 86%, I was hoping it would be higher but aside from that I would say the phone is in great condition, the camera, mic and speakers are all working as expected. It's a massive upgrade from my old phone at a fair price so I'm happy overall.

Absolutely perfect. No chips, scratches dents. Works like a charm, camera is really clear and crisp, battery is very good. Couldn’t be more pleased

So far so good. The condition was excellent. It arrived when it was supposed to. The battery charges to 87% I have not yet used all the features but that is because I haven’t had the time. I do like the fact it opens up as soon as you look at the screen (facial recognition)

Great replacement for my iPhone XS. The phone looks brand new and has 91% battery life. I miss the 2x optical zoom but apart from that very happy
