10kg. Hard to mix 2.5lts of water into this tub even though v large, I'd suggest a mixer or doing jobs in increments with a separate container.

Is this good for over soil and under artificial grass? Will it last?

I think it would crack for that purpose. I would try sand if you need to level the ground under artificial grass.
