I have been using this for about a week now. 2 capsules a day. And my supply has increased. I mainly breastfeed however I had to go back to work so to build a stash I pump every morning. I went from pumping only 2oz total every morning to pumping 5-6oz every morning. And at work I pump 3-4oz every session. I will say if you have issues swallowing pills like I do it's not easy. The capsules are pretty big in my opinion. But totally worth it. I also went onto the cookies then milk website and ordered there lactation drink mix and add that to my water every day as well.

I did see a slight increase in milk production, however I did experience side effects from ingredients. Dizziness, anxiety. Take caution. Not worth the side effects.

I went back to work so I have to pump now. I was only pumping 8 ounces. I pumped 18 ounces today. I was so impressed.

I started losing my supply at 3 weeks and bought these after reading the reviews in a desperate attempt to build it back up. I noticed no change in my supply despite constant pumping and upping my water intake along with them. I know it's not necessarily the products fault but don't set your expectations high on them being a solid fix.The product physically was fine, the taste isn't bad and the capsule are durable (I've had other capsules fall apart when I put them in a Daily organizer so figured it was worth a mention).
