Brilliant stick, i actually bought it to help reach my washing rail, but comes in handy for all sorts , not as big as I thought but doesn’t need to be, extends a little more too, hook ends are coated so grips well.. would buy again and or recommend

Purchased this to help grandad get his shirt and coats on due to having a frozen shoulder. He loves it and it helps him so much! What would take him sometimes 5 mins now he can do it not only quicker but easier AND a lot less pain! He loves its telescopic and also that the ends are rubber coated so garments don’t slip off

At first this was so useful to help me get dressed independently. I can’t reach down to put on shoe, undies and trousers. However, after a few weeks of use, the bigger hooks were still great, but the small hook on the end that I used to pull my shoes over my feet, came out. I pushed it back in again, but it popped out again as soon as I tried using it. So - Great idea, but needs to be more durable.

This aid is very helpful for me. I have Raynaud's and chronic pain and weakness (reason undiagnosed) in my hands. I also have lower back problems that flare sometimes, and this has helped me hang things up and dress myself with much more ease than before I had this aid. The fact that the length can be adjusted is very handy. The way the ends are shaped, I think, reduces the slip-resistance when I use it to help me get dressed. The pole part is also not too thin, so it isn't so hard to keep hold of when using it. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hook popped off after two weeks. I glued it back in using Gorilla glue (I may have gone overboard with the type of glue), and as such, I have had no further issues with it.

Only suitable for flopping a jacket on top of your shoulders. Don't waste money on it like i did!

Bought for use after hip replacement. It's been very useful for putting trousers on as you can't bend or lean forwards and means I could dress without help. This and a sock aid make dressing easier.

I found the item difficult to use. Kept sliding shut. Also found ends slipped off clothing.
