It looks exactly like the picture , it is quite large leaving plenty of room to move food around for rinsing or draining. It is sturdy and I fully expect to have years of use from it but only time will tell . Best of all is the bargain price. The product was delivered on time and was carefully packed. If you need a strainer you won't be sorry if you purchase this one. Finally having read somewhere Amazon product reviews are not genuine, mine are ! I don't take bribes , I speak as I find .

Seems to be lasting. I get through a lot of colanders but this one seems to be lasting longer than the others. No rust or dents so far. Big enough for lots of pasta/rice. Plenty of holes so the water drains away quickly. I will definitely recommend and purchase again.

It is good for pasta and washing salad

Slightly bigger than expected (fits in the top of a large pan), but it's great for straining when we batch cook spuds for mashing for example.. great for pasta.. ok for rice. Washes up perfectly in the top tray of the dishwasher.

Absolutely solid except the holes.I needed something for rice and this works perfectly it also does pasta and washing fruit

Perfect for straining and rinsing rice to get rid of any excess starch prior to serving. The wide diameter is a bonus when dealing with large amounts of rice. Could equally be used for straining pasta but I bought it specifically for rice.

There are a lot of good things about this colander. It's very large (could be a negative thing if you're short on space), and would be a suitable size, for example, for draining pasta for a family of 6. It also seems to be decent quality for the price. However I bought it to rinse rice and the dry rice goes straight through the colander, so it wouldn't be suitable for anything rice size or smaller. For rinsing pasta, fruit, salad etc. it would be great I'm sure.

At last, a decent sized stainless steel colander that doesn't cost a silly amount of money. Nice small holes mean it can be used for those dishes that contain rice as one of the ingredients, or other small items like petite pois. Easy to clean, easy to use and a nice generous size makes me happy I bought this.One star came off because a few of the punched holes still had a little burr on the edges, not something I would expect on kitchen equipment. If the finish had been better five stars would have been certain. A few seconds with fine emery paper fixed the problem but that finishing should have been done at the factory.

Je suis assez contente de la contenance (elle est assez grande ça permet de faire de beaux plats de spaghetti) et aussi du fait qu'elle ne laisse pas passez les petits aliment type quinoa, riz ...je suis vraiment satisfaite de cette passoire

Colino corrispondente a descrizione, i fori sono una via di mezzo tra uno scolapasta e un colino più fine, però semi come lino o simili a volte scendono, non vengono trattenuti tutti!

beim Auskochen von Knochen und wenn man viel Gemüse für eineBrühe verwendet hat. Kleine Siebe sind meist sehr schnell voll undfallen dann auch gerne mal in den Topf -:)Sehr angenehm auch die Lochung an den Seiten.

Parfaite pour son utilisation, les trous sont assez petit pour que le riz ne passe pas mais l’eau s’évacue très bien. Elle semble assez solide assez grande et jolie

Qualität und Verarbeitung gut, aber da ich es mir zum Quinoa waschen gekauft habe müsste es wieder zurück, da das Sieb viel zu grob war. Eher ein Nudelsieb als ein Teesieb
