Rotten lecithin!
Stay away! Even though the expiring date was 1 year after I opened the packaging,the lecithin inside was already ROTTEN...

Doesn't keep so changing brand
We are not going to buy this again. Just opened a 500g container best before 04/2022. it was kept in good conditions. Taste bitter and makes anything you add it to taste awful. Never again and we are throwing this away as it is inedible.
Sprinkle three teaspoons (10.5g) of Lecithin Granules daily onto cereal or add to soups or hot drinks; the flavour will not be impaired. Alternatively, it is delicious directly from the spoon . As this is a natural product, the colour and texture may vary from batch to batch; this does not affect the product's natural properties.
