Perfect for daily use!
This has been a LIFESAVER for my sound-sensitive teenager. He can choose the volume for daily life and even use it to listen to music. Very much a daily staple for us!

Ear covers were kind of small
They are very nice, but we wish the ear covers were a little larger. My husband's ears were crammed up inside of it. They just weren't big enough. He doesn't have over-sized ears, just man-sized ears! I returned them and am looking for something else. But they are very well made and will work for someone who has smaller ears.

Works as designed.
They work as designed & are pretty comfortable. They're not Peltors or anything but for the price, they're solid.

Ok
I got these as a hold over until my Pro Ears come back from service. I probably should have just bought some Walkers. I was hoping Sordin sized gel cups would fit these but they do not. These are light weight, and reasonably comfortable. I double up with plugs anyway so these should be fine for what they are intended. I took a stab at a no name brand so no shock that they aren’t what I was hoping.

Good for most use cases
I got these to use while at an indoor range. I typically use muffs and foam earplugs and it gets difficult to hear other people talking. I thought that these would be better ear protection than my current, garden-variety muffs and allow me to hear and converse with others. Construction appears to be pretty good, on par with my middle-range muffs that I use each day. The fit isn’t quite as good as I would have liked. These don’t have a particularly thick cushion and the muffs are on the small side. As a result, when wearing safety glasses, these don’t quite feel like they’re sealing entirely around the ear.The active noise cancelation is pretty good, about on par with my regular muffs (that don’t have active noise cancelation). Where these do work well is the ability to hear conversation. You can definitely hear voices better and clearer without the other person shouting, so this is a definite plus. I did try these while using things like a leaf blower and vacuum cleaner. In these use case, they were very good (versus the range). The result is the same with music. These are great for louder, more complex noises such as machinery, but music while at the range didn’t sound all that great. The other thing that I didn’t care for was the wired audio input. I’m sure it was to keep costs down, but I’d be hesitant to use these tethered to a phone and have to worry about the wire (particularly at the range).Overall, I’d say these are a reasonable value. The small-ish size and minimal foam, as well as the wired audio input are somewhat negative. Still, the active noise cancellation and ability to hear conversation is good, in addition to the ability to make adjustments. For the tethered audio input, I suppose one could use a small Bluetooth adapter to mitigate that annoyance. Generally, I would say the value is there for most use cases, except range use.

Really good option for PPE!
I use active hearing protection all the time, not just at the range and I'm sort of picky about how comfortable these are regarding the ear pads as well as the band since I wear them both with and without a cap. With that being said, I'm super happy with both the performance and comfort these provide. These are nice and light so they do not tend to slip back on my head and out of position over my ears.Additionally these came with an audio cable. I actually USE these when I'm running noisy equipment (think lawnmower) and the audio input makes it easy to pipe in music off my cell phone while blocking the outside noise. I've also mated up these cables with a small BT adapter to have something like a "wireless" connection to my phone. It's not perfect, but much better than having the earmuffs effectively wired to my phone in a pocket. The volume / sensitivity adjustment works great as well. Plenty of adjustment so you can be aware of your surroundings but still block out the high intensity noise that does the hearing damage. These are a great deal! I would definitely recommend them!

Good noise cancellation
I recently got a chance to use these new "range muffs" while shooting wobble clays. I previously owned a pair of Peltor hearing protection that was very similar to these. The compactness and overall feel of this set of muffs is great. I really like how small they fold up, which my old pair did not. The earpiece comfort is on par with other hearing protection, both standard muffs and noise canceling. I used these on a very windy day while shooting, and the noise cancelation feature was triggered by the gusts of wind. The microphones work well to pick up conversation when the noise cancelation feature is not being activated. I wish however that the NRR of 24 was a little higher but this seems to be a symptom of this style of hearing protection. These are powered by 2 AAA batteries.
