Quality issue
The media could not be loaded. Firstly they send me a used product. Secondly even if they are sending a used product ,should have chceked whether it works or not. This one don't heat at all, a heater which don't heat. Requeted for return same day. ,After 3 days amazon app showing product replaced, but no one came to my home with the replacement product. Finally canceled the product, happy that now I don't have a heater which don't heat .
