We’ve had ours for 5 months now. Took me weeks to decide on a couch. Glad I chose this one. It fit my needs and preferences perfectly. It looks high end and sleek. The green is a beautiful color and the velvet feels really lovely. We love the storage and moving the pieces around is easy. Love that we can buy more pieces if we want (which we recently did). Guests are comfortable sleeping on it. It’s firm in the beginning but softens over time without sinking or losing its shape. Worthwhile purchase. Only downside is pet hair tends to stick but it’s easy to brush away.

This is my second experience buying a sectional off Amazon. After 8 years, I got tired of the other one and stumbled upon this little gem. Purchased this a year and a half ago as a 7 piece set: 5 to make a complete sectional with armrests and 2 ottomans for a daybed option. No regrets. I love everything about it. DELIVERY Was super easy. All pieces shipped via FedEx and they arrived on the same day. Everything was there and no damage. I prematurely contacted Belffin customer service because I thought one box was missing. They responded super quickly and it turned out all was there after all. SET UP Super easy. I'm a middle aged lady and assembled this by myself. Everything you need is included, down to the tools. Instructions were clear and helpful. APPEARANCE It looks really nice, the light grey is a classy looking color. I couldn't stop touching it - very smooth and velvety. :) USAGE I live on this couch and spend several hours a day on it. So I had to be sure it was comfortable. And it is. It's not too firm and not too soft. If a section with a lot of use gets a little softer, it's easy to rotate another piece into its place. I have no kids but cats and the couch is no worse for wear. Love the storage space under each seat. Happy to be able to adjust the armrests and back rests to the angle I want. The tilt mechanism works perfectly, you just have to follow the instructions. Once you know how to use it, it's second nature. I haven't had to wash anything yet and my back cushions are still in top shape despite the felines snoozing on it frequently. QUALITY Overall speaking the quality is very good. Especially if you consider the cost. The materials and craftsmanship are above average. Try and buy this setup from the closest modular sectional competitor - Lovesac - and you'll be out 4 grand easily. If I had any improvement suggestions, it would be to make the seats a couple of inches deeper. Beyond that I love this sectional, it's perfect for my townhouse. As a tip, if you feel it's too firm to sleep on, get a topper. 6 of these pieces make a full size bed and a full size topper fits perfectly. :)

Couch is firm and so comfortable and the green velvet is stunning. We love this couch and will be adding more pieces! The storage is amazing. The pieces feel very sturdy and well made. Customer service was also really good! I love being able to arrange the pieces however we want; it’s very convenient being a military family who moves all the time being able to arrange to fit each house instead of continuing to have to buy new couches every time we move.

Couch was easy to put together. I love all the different ways you can arrange it. Lots of storage space under the seats! Had a small issue but customer care was amazing! Build quality seems good. It is on the firmer side, but comfortable. The color is very pretty as well, super soft fabric that wipes down easily. Instructions were easy to follow as well.

I ended up needing to return the couch. It's very beautiful, and I LOVE the storage in every seat without those ugly little lift assists that some storage sofas have hanging out. It gets securely anchored together, modules don't budge. It is firm but in a comfy way, and it is light. Very easy to assemble and disassemble. Plus you get a cool a** screw driver in EVERY piece! The part I didn't think about was that I did not plan to have this couch against a wall. If you are taller than 5'0 and don't have a wall behind it, it might not be a good fit. They said the low back was for a modern look which I get. I was very sad it didn't work out. It did take over a week to resolve, but I am happy with the resolution customer service provided. I would buy from this store again.

It took me HOURS to put together but I have chemo brain and move super slow. I think their estimate for putting it together is accurate. It's easy to configure and attach the sections. LOVE it. I especially like that it's easy to take apart and reconfigure the layout of the living room. I also really like the extra storage too. If I fall asleep on the couch - it's spacious enough that I can stretch out and that's with my crazy dog taking up quite a bit of space too. This is the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon! Because of my dog, I purchased a stretchy couch cover... it's still looks good but if I have anyone visit I take the cover off and put my dog in his crate so it looks showcase ready.

If you're looking for a comfy compact modular couch with storage then look no further because you just found it. I know, because I spent hours shopping online and in-store at big box and premium future retailers. I was skeptical at first because of the affordable price tag, but after owning this for about 4 months I'm so glad I took the risk on this Amazon couch. So many great highlights to share but I'll focus on a few of my favorite features. First of all, this has been an absolute game-changer for us because it's enabled us to flex our tiny basement family room from movie lounger mode to guest bedroom to party pad (couch and chairs) in less than 10 minutes. 80% of the time we leave in the movie lounger (deep couch) mode because it's the perfect size for my husband and I to curl up with the dog and binge-watch our favorite shows. I don't think I can go back to a regular 3 seater again because being able to lay back and stretch out is so nice. My other favorite feature is guest bed mode. This has come in handy more often than I thought. I would recommend buying a 2-inch full-size memory foam pad to lay on top to make it ultra-cozy. We slept on this when the in-laws came to town, my husband slept on this when I had COVID-19, and we've had friends sleepover after parties. Everyone says it feels like a normal full-size bed. I think it's technically a couple of inches longer. I do appreciate the bendy arms. I wasn't sure if that would be useful or just end up breaking, but it's really nice especially when we use it as a movie lounger or break it into party mode with accent chairs. The arms seem sturdy and are easy to adjust. The material is soft and easy to wipe free of dog drool and snack crumbs. My third favorite feature is the storage. After getting this couch we were able to eliminate the large IKEA media cabinet and fill all our board games, movies, and video games inside. Finally, I want to say that the customer service from this company is on point! I received all the couch pieces over the course of two deliveries. The company did a great job communicating that and when I had questions, they emailed me back in like 5 minutes with a clear answer. I was surprised at their responsiveness because it was in the evening. The only "con" I can think of is that sometimes if you are sitting between the modules you can kinda feel the edges of the seat more. I don't think that's a huge deal but it's why I recommend a memory foam pad if you are using it as a bed. The last thing I'll say is just a helpful note about assembly. What I didn't understand at first was what the metal flap on the bottom of the seat was for. It actually has a hole through it so you can insert the leg for the seat back. This adds more stability to the seat back if you lean on it. What are you waiting for? Go buy this!

I love everything about this couch... except that the individual frames can be felt when sitting. If you're like me, and you like to lay longways across your couch, this may not be the best couch for you. Ive had mine set up for about 2 weeks now, and my hips have paid the price. I am a plus size woman. I lay longways on my couch - it's just how I like to do it. On almost any couch I've ever owned, my hips tend to fall right between the cushions when I lounge. This has never been an issue for me before. In fact, I quite like to nestle in the cushion crack for comfort. That is not possible with this couch. The framing of the two pieces is not padded enough to make it comfortable to lounge this way. I don't spend much time on my couch, maybe enough time to watch one or two episodes of a show I like. But I work a lot, so that doesn't actually happen everyday. Probably a cumulative 10 hours of couch time over the last 2 weeks... and boy oh boy do my hips hate me for it. It's to the point now that even trying to sleep on my side is painful from the pressure buising I've received from this couch. There's just not enough paddinf around the modular framing to be comfortable. The couch I had before this was semi-modular. It was a 3 seater couch with an additional 3 cushion sections that attached to make it a U or L sectional, or a bed. Very similar to what Belffin does. I had that couch for years, and I never had the framing bruise me. You could hardly feel where one section ended, and the other began. That is just not true for Belffin. I am genuinely in pain from the frames being poorly padded. But, I love the color, functionality, and comfort (when not lounging) enough that I will be keeping it. However, i would not recommend it if you're like me and like to lay longways across the couch.
