Trideer Exercise Ball (Purple, M (48-55cm))

I ordered the 55cm based of the recommendations to use for pregnancy and labor but the ball was a tad too small for its intended purposes as my hips are supposed to be higher than my knees. So I emailed the company and told them my predicament and they sent me a free ball the next size up and I didn’t even have to return the previous ball, they just asked I gift it to someone who would need it. I am very satisfied with the ball itself and with the company for being excellent with their customer service as well as providing a good quality yoga/birthing ball!

I've been using this product for about a month and it's perfect to do my abs routine and other workouts and the best part is it does let you put stress on ur back. It hasn't deflated since the first time I got it which is great. I purchased the purple 65cm exercise ball.

Got this for my pregnant wife for when she went into labor. she absolutely loved it. very sturdy and doesnt leak. size chart was dead on. she still uses it every day, even a month after she gave birth.

Wasn’t very active during my pregnancy except using this ball. Hey Siri use and plan on using it for my post partum workout sessions

I mainly use this to elevate my feet since the ball ended up being smaller than I thought it was going to be

I bought whilst I was pregnant, it helped alot with discomfort and it was great for exercises and I still use it now. Great quality, easy to inflate, comes with instructions.

Utilisé pour la position assise (pour manger, lire, travailler à l’ordi) ainsi que pour faire des exercices de kiné. Très bien, taille bien adaptée, correspond à celle mentionnée. Soulage bien du mal de dos. La pompe incluse est très utile et a l’avantage d’etre utilisée avec le pied. Attention aux sols coupants (terrasses avec fentes tranchantes) car une fois percé, la rustine ne sert à rien, l’entaille s’agrandit sous la pression de l’air. Pas de risque d’eclatement bien sûr, on se sent rapetisser au bout de quelques minutes et on finit par comprendre que le ballon se dégonfle !

My physio recommended buying an exercise ball to help with frozen shoulder exercises. I chose the 55cm purple one. It arrived with a foot pump and instructions how to inflate, within a few minutes I was using it to complete my exercises. Brilliant product.

La pelota es genial. Desde mi punt de vista os recomendara que siguierais la tabla de medidas, porque en mi caso me ha ido genial. Viene con un inflador por lo que en un momento la podéis inflar. Muy recomendable.
