Kinda okay but meh...
The screws that come with the kit are not the correct size. I had to order 6-32 at 1/2 inch screws to secure things properly Once the rack ears are on its a bit too tight of a squeeze to fit into a standard 19 inch rack. I did make due but will most likely be looking for a better solution next time around.

does NOT come with the screws laid out in the product images
i got this, mostly for the screws, but also for the combining brackets to pair 2 SLXs together. imagine my surprise when, upon opening the package, there are no screws....ya know, the ones prominently displayed in the second product image.not happy. but i cant return it because i need the combining bracket. please update the product listing to be accurate.

Wrong size
The screws do not match the shure slx wireless units as the sales order states.

Screws are to short
Build quality is nice, only bad part is that the screws are not long enough to properly tighten the transmitters.
