Easy to put together and looks great on desk. Plenty of storage room

The metal cage/wall has screws going all the way around that are secured inside the spot for letters to go in. This causes the letters to get hung up, folded, or just not even fit. It’s not as bad for something like advertised (tablet, daily planner, journal) but for paperwork it is a bit of a hassle.

Works kinda, my binder doesn't quite fit. Might have to find a different one. But everything else works.

They work for what I need them for. I put files in them. They are around two inches too long though and the files were hard to get to on the bottom. I cut a, around two inch piece of styrofoam from the packing it came in and slid it to the back in the bottom file and it works fine.

I needed a double letter tray for my computer workstation that would sit flush to the shelf so the tray could extend over the back edge of the shelf. This was the only tray I could find with a flat (flush) bottom. It looks nice and sits flush. I would have given a better score if the two trays were engineered better to secure them to one another rather than by just two irregular tabs and four irregular screws.
