Low cost and works

Good for playing music in car
Excellent black low profile for playing MP3s in car. Very hard to see, so hopefully criminals will not break into car for it.

Worked for a dash cam connection problem
Needed to convert a dash cam connection to USB C. Works perfectly.

works but not shielded
I am using this in a Tesla USB port that is in the compartment between the front seats, so that the cable goes down instead of out where it could get broken off. Works fine. But note the adapter does not connect the ground shields between input and output, so might not work for very high speed applications.

Great item! Money well spent!
I am old fashioned and have an aftermarket and separate USB CD player for my car. using a standard straight cable allowed for the input to be hit regularly by a passenger. This 100% solved that problem

Cables are neat and secure
I have a monitor stand on either side of my MacBook and the cords stick out of the MacBook and hit one of the stands. It kinda drives me nuts because space is limited on my desk and I want to raise the monitor stand to the highest level. These adapters solved my problem, they fit snugly and actually make the cables feel more secure compared to the way they were before. Now I can raise the one monitor stand to the maximum height without bumping into the USB cables from my MacBook. It's all about the simple things. Totally worth it.
