Nice and Works well!
What can I say other than its a pop up plug! There is a catch on the bottom which holds it in place once its up, has a couple of USB ports, and is very good quality.

... last year and must say that we are very happy with it
Purchased this product last year and must say that we are very happy with it, it looks and feels great in our kitchen - well built with good quality materials. Also, I'd like to add the fantastic, first class Customer Service - who were able to handle my queries quickly and efficiently. Recommended.

Good practical sockets
Great piece of kit, looked at loads od different price ranges, this works really well. I like the fact that you switch the power on and it lights so you remeber to turn it off

Good looking pullout socket
Not really a pop up socket, more a pull out socket, but works as expected and the stainless steel finish looks great. Was installed in a quartz worktop in our kitchen without any issues.

Replacement Pop-up Plug Socket looks good but USB has failed for a second time
This is the second time this product has failed us - about 2 weeks ago the USB button on the replacement again failed. Having just checked through my files the replacement appears to have lasted just under 12 months. So whilst I believed we must have had a one-off dud originally it would now appear that we have had either another dud or the USB part is poor quality and susceptible to failure. This is a shame as in all other ways it has been satisfactory including the finish of the top (which was a major factor in us selecting this pop-up plug over the one supplied by Howdens when we did our kitchen) but we have now resorted to using a plug with a USB connector.

Like many others my USB ports failed
I bought one of these just over a year ago (1 year and 3 weeks), and fitted it less than a year ago. Like many others my USB ports failed. In my case though this was also accompanied by the smell of burning plastic and the unit becoming physically hot, and we don't feel safe to continue to use it at all.The Kengo units are supposed to have a year's warranty. I emailed the seller, as I don't think this particular unit is fit for purpose, and despite it being just over a year I think a replacement or refund should be provided - most companies will do so as goodwill when something fails so close to the end of the warranty. I never even got a reply.Unfortunately, there are no other sockets that have the same stainless steel finish which is what we particularly wanted so I may be forced to buy again from this seller. I'm going to keep looking around first before I make that decision though as it seems very likely that it will fail again if I do. I strongly suggest you do the same.

Not exactly "pop up" - more "pull up"
Fitted all ok, a little stiff to start with - but I assume will ease over time. Just remember to work out how much space you'll need in the cupboard below when installing!Minor point - the on/off switch is red - not green as shown in the photo.
