I have bought this, not finding it comfortable, but can't decide whether to use this on upper thigh or near the knees?

Thanks for your question. You can give it a go in whichever position you find most comfortable. It can take several weeks to get used to the pillow while your muscles and joints 'reset' into a more neutral position. Best wishes, Sam

Does the cover come off on the white one? In the other colours it look like the cover is velvety and comes off.
