A Paring Knife With a Granton Edge
I know there are hundreds of paring knives that cost next to nothing, but if you had to use them every day it would be nice if they fit your hand. This knife is well made, fits my hand, holds an edge as well as the expensive brands do, but this one has a granton edge. I know most people don't care if a slice of apple or potato sticks to the blade when slicing, but that is where the granton edge separates this knife from the pack. Get one and try it, the results will speak for themselves. It is the little things that make life simpler in the kitchen and this little knife is one of those things.

It's an OK knife
Well made, decent design. I have others i like more, but it's part of my rotation. It's good as an option to provide to guests who are cooking at my house. I want them to have nice equipment, but I don't want to worry them maybe not taking care of it.

A very nice paring knife!
In my opinion, paring knives are just as important as larger knives. Out of the box, the blade was pretty sharp; I tuned it up and it held its edge. The divets on the blade help keep food from sticking to it. The sheep's foot design of the blade is well suited for doing small chop. I micro-fine diced an onion with it; the heft of the knife combined with the shape of the handle really felt nice in the hand. I kinda wish the design was a little more santoku-ish, but for $20, it's a good deal.

Sharp! Flat bottom nice.
Nice feel, weight good. Flat bottom is good for using a cutting board on small items. Surprisingly sharp - I did not realize how dull my old knife was until I used this. The short length is perfect for a single mushroom or bell pepper on a cutting board. Not cheap, but worth it. I may get a 2nd one.

Pay attention.
It is a good knife. Great value. Unfortunately, the listing is confusing and shows different knives. it isn’t the knife in the first picture.
