After using this toothpaste only 3 days I could clearly see that they had whitened a couple of shades. I ordered the crest whitening strips a week later and after 2 weeks of those my teeth were pearly white. This toothpaste is GREAT for keeping my teeth from staining and yellowing. I will always do the tooth whitening strips by Crest twice per year...I use the ones with the 5% peroxide and wow they really work if you use them every day for an hour and use the UV light. Didn't mean to do a review of TWO tooth products but guess I just did lol! This toothpaste does whiten and it leaves the teeth feeling smooth and clean. Great taste it leaves behind after rinsing too.

This tooth paste really does make your teeth whiter is 3 days !! I love the mint taste and it makes your mouth feel so clean. I’ve always been an optic white girl but this one takes the cake !

Whites quickly and I use in conjunction with enamel building sensodyne products but if you're sensitive to the whitening product you might want to switch to another lower version of this.

Alert: Many toothpastes advertise as whitening toothpastes but only contain Fluoride. Fluoride is not a “ whitening “ agent. It protects and strengthens enamel but doesn’t whiten. Hydrogen peroxide is the best whitening agent and Colgate Optic White pro series contains 5% hydrogen peroxide. I used this product twice a day and saw an improvement in whitening in a few days. I highly recommend.

I really like this product. I have struggled with yellow teeth for years. The hydrogen peroxide really loosens up most of the stains and color, leaving your teeth with a nice shine. The effect is really unmistakable.And continued use enhances the whitening. I now see healthy teeth inside and out which no longer look yellow, icky, and dirty.Couldn't be happier

This toothpaste makes the gum area a bit sore when pressed.
