I have purchased a few dozen cameras over the past couple of years as a hobby and I can confidently say that this is among the best quality cameras you can purchase at this price point. It boasts a full 4K resolution with every bit of 8MP utilized and on display..It has some AI features such as recognizing and differentiating humans, vehicles and animals. It does have a quirk I've noticed with this feature, which is it is fascinated and almost obsessed with a car parked down the block and across the street. I have no idea what it is about that vehicle except it is painted an obnoxious lime green. Aside from that it identifies accurately.This has a true 20x optical zoom. For those that do not know the difference between optical and digital zoom, look it up, optical is always better because its true zoom not digitized. As you can see in a couple of the photos which are taken far away first and then zoomed in in another photo, AMAZING quality.The video quality is superb. I included a video of the camera panning. Disregard the jumpiness during the panning, as that is attributed to my network congestion when I recorded it.The setup was fairly intuitive so I don't imagine many folks will have difficulty during set-up. The manual could use a better author, but I have come to expect subpar grammar and syntax with these imported products.The camera itself is quite large, which is understandable given it has to house and drive a lens that focuses up to 20x.The icing on the cake is that they offer a 2 year warranty after you register the camera, so make sure you do that for peace of mind.TL;DR.. Buy this camera!

. Great quality and better functionality than a couple other ptz cams I have. The Ptz speed is great and focus is almost always on point. The nightvision works great but I changed it to stay in color for personal preference. Camera setup was easy and just about the same as all others. The zoom is INSANE and can see clearly almost a block away. Auto tracking works better than any other tracker I have used previously. Auto home after XX seconds and Auto tracking on will almost never miss anything. Works great with my HIK AI Nvr. Only negative I have with this cam is that the lens has a smaller FOV and needs to be placed further away from the point of interest than most other cams. It has been working great for over 6 months now and I have no complaints. Some people said they had issues with it talking at random times but mine has never done that at all besides the first power up and initial install. Once connected and running, it has never made a single noise.

Camera came well packed, and is a heavy substantial-feeling unit. Has all the parts needed to mount and wire it up. It can receive power from either the included AC adapter or from power-over-ethernet. I didn't have a source for POE, but I bought one of these "injectors" https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016PYKX3S and it worked great. Saved me from having to run a power line to the camera. The ethernet cable routes nicely through the strong metal mounting bracket to give it a clean installed appearance. Note well that this camera does not have Wifi, so you'll need to be able to run an ethernet cable to its location.I was able to easily get it up and running with the included instructions, but like with similar cameras I have in the past there seems to be a lot of technical stuff that a newbie like me won't understand and isn't explained well...you'll be looking up abbreviations that it assumes you know. Or don't look them up...I'm able to use it without understanding everything, much like driving a car. You can access it by typing its local IP address into a web browser on your computer...or by running a Windows app...or by an Android phone app. These programs can be downloaded from the Jennov web page.The picture is really good. It defaults to a lower quality setting, but once you tell it to use the better quality it looks great. Zooms and pans nicely. It tilts from looking straight down to a few degrees above horizontal, useful in my case as I can look up the hill behind my house. You can set it to record continually, or just at certain times, or when it detects a human, a car, a motorcycle, an E-bike, a bicycle, or fire...your choice which of these it'll use (I only have it set to humans since it's in my backyard). You can also program it to shift its view to different areas.One feature it lacks is a light source for night time. You can only use the excellent infrared view at night, so no color pictures then.All in all I'm very satisfied with it.
