I am really happy with this supplement. There are 60 capsules in the bottle and I find them easy to swallow with water. If you stick to the recommended serving size of one capsule daily then this bottle will last you for a couple of months. The quality of the ingredients is excellent with nothing unnecessary being added. Considering the botanicals included there is no particular smell or taste from the capsules. Good value for money effective and at a reasonable price consider the quality of ingredients. Ideal to support your digestive system and digestion.

I tried this on 3 separate occasions and I had a burning sensation in my stomach every time. As I normally take DLC by a different brand and have no known sensitivity to other herbs in the formula, I believe this is down to added vit C which they listed as ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant). Unfortunately vit C is highly acidic and been aggravating my stomach lining.
