you can drink it with milk, but remember its not a strong tea so lemon and a bit honey is better.

There is a growing body of opinion that Oolong tea does help keep fat off the body, but I would not say this is scientifically proven to Western standards. There are Chinese scientific papers that find fat reduction evidence, some of which are referenced in this interesting article: https://www.stylecraze.com/articles/oolong-tea-help-you-lose-weight/#gref. My personal understanding is that all Chinese teas are useful as dieting aids as they are fat-free, gently boost the metabolism and fat burning, so have to help a bit. I drink green and oolong tea all day for sustainable energy and the taste!

Sorry I can’t answer why this tea would be bad for the lungs. I have 2 tea bags a day morning on empty stomach and one just before bed and so far i’ve had no issues. Its best to contact the supplier and ask them directly. Thank you

Hallo, I am drinking this tea myself and I would say no. Use boiling water and let it cool down if you want to drink it cold.
