It works perfectly and the medium size I bought has plenty of space! I could fit a good bit inside. I stuck my edibles in there so I won't be tempted to use them during the week and there is more than enough room. I just wish the box itself wasn't so expensive. A selling point for me verses other similar boxes was that it's relatively silent once the timer finishes.I've seen some reviews saying that you can break into it. Of course you can, it's a piece of plastic. But if your urges are strong enough that you're willing to break something you spent $40+ on then you shouldn't be relying on a piece of plastic to keep you from your vices. But it is very sturdy, I've been pushing on it to try and test the strength and it seems quite strong. You'd need tools to break into it.I'm very happy with my purchase and I know despite the price tag overall I'll be saving money since I won't be going through my stuff nearly as quickly. It also came with batteries which was very nice!

This works exactly as I hoped it would. I got the clear one so that I could see what was inside because I was afraid I would forget and I’m glad I made that choice. The mechanism is very easy: you just turn the dial a few times until your desired number of hours and minutes and then press it. It will countdown for five seconds and then two little plastic pins (or tabs), one at each side, come out into little holes locking it until your timer runs out. I keep snack items in it so that I will only eat them once a day.The first lid I got actually did not work but the company’s support was very quick in replacing - I sent an email and they answered within a few hours with the new lid arriving two days later. They even sent me the color I wanted (red) which hadn’t been available at the time I placed my order on Amazon. The replacement lid worked perfectly and I love the red. The blue was actually pretty nice too.One thing to note is that the instructions say that if the battery runs out you won’t be able to open the container until you replace the batteries. This makes sense because you don’t want it to be too easy to disable by just taking out the batteries. As far as I can tell what will happen when the batteries run out is that the timing will go into memory and when you put the batteries in the clock will start counting down from there. That is just my interpretation, however, because this has not happened to me yet. I would, however, recommend that you have batteries on hand for when this happens.Another thing to note is that the instructions say not to put it in the refrigerator or freezer. What they recommend is that if you want to lock up something like ice cream you get another lock box for your ice cream and put the key in this container. If you do that you might as well get the smallest cheapest one because presumably your keys won’t take up too much room. Initially I wasn’t thrilled with how much this thing costs, but on reflection I realize that if it were too cheap I might just break it to get what I want from inside :)The last thing of note has to do with what happens if you accidentally lock up something you need to get to like your credit card or phone. The instructions that come with this say that if that happens you should contact the company for further instructions about how to break the base without breaking the lid. Basically this is because the base is much cheaper than the lid and they can send you a replacement for less money. I do not plan on finding out the details of this unless I need to know them, but since I am only planning on locking up chocolate and potato chips it is probably not going to be an issue for me.

With a terrible snacking habit, I've already learned there is little besides moving off-grid, that would prevent me from having access to snacks way too easily!! I figured this may help, even while knowing I can circumvent nearly any barrier in my way! Lol!Bottom line, this is a great tool to have when trying to break the "momentum" of mindless snacking!! To be clear, it STILL REQUIRES DISCIPLINE!Here's how:Let's say you put your snacks in the lock safe and set the timer for 4hrs from then.1. Put the lock safe somewhere that you are Not seeing it in your daily activities.2. When the 4 hrs are up, there's no alarm or anything, so you may "forget" or be busy doing something.3. The lock safe doesn't automatically re-lock after the timer, so when the timer has stopped you have open access to your stash.4. Important!! When the box is unlocked, quickly grap 1 snack! Don't get 2, 3 or 5! Just 1...ok 2.5. Here's the trick (I.e., where the discipline comes in)Immediately LOCK it back up!Critical!! The lock safe is an excellent deterrent to mindlessly acting on impulse! Slow the momentum of those impulses by using the safe. Don't beat yourself up when you fail to lock stuff back up right away, just do when you can and challenge yourself to lock it up for say 30mins longer than the last time... just to prove to yourself you are stronger than your habit!This safe will definitely help!I got the tall to be sure it accommodates more than 1 habit item.

This has been my favorite product, owned it for years. It does exactly what it’s suppose to do. I love it so much I ordered another just to have in case “I” decide to break into it. Isn’t easy to do, but you can if you’re ready to buy another one. Breaks the habit and controls medication that you can easy take to much without realizing you did. Unlocks everyday at the right time, then set for the next dose. Works amazing, best product ever. Saw on Shark Tank and ordered when the show aired, worked every since.

I like the size/depth of this product. I can stash multiple things in the box and lock it without issue. The best feature is there’s no override code, so I have to wait out the timer before I can get my stuff. The battery pack lid is kind of flimsy and tends to fall off, but this has no impact on the functionality of the lock box itself. So far it works and gets the job done.

The kSafe timed locking container has helped me with my over-eating of salty snacks more than any other approach I've tried!! I am SO grateful for this invention! I can still have treats in the house (so I don't feel completely deprived), but the kSafe helps me have a small portion, then lock it away for several hours. No will power needed! i've been using this to reduce my vaping because i struggle with self control when i rlly feel the withdrawals, but this thing is 100% tamper proof, trust me, no matter how hard i tried i couldn't get it to open up 🤣 i love that you can add time to it but can't reduce time, and the timer goes on for days. seriously a 6/5 product, 1000000% satisfaction :)))

Product was shipped very quickly, and was easy to assemble. Tested the product a few times with 1-2 minute times for the lock, worked perfectly ! Would buy again if I needed another.

This works great for impulse control, I like how the batteries come with it.
