I was fully aware this was not a high end product but should do the job of checking my son's ears at home. Box open and initially as expected cheap and cheerful. Contents as stated prior to buying.Tested on my Son's ears and saw nothing other than a blur. That was when the light would stay on as the switch was faulty. Most of the specula's are badly cut and very sharp at the ends. Tried switching the power off and the instrument fell apart as shown in the picture. This all happened within 10 minutes of receiving it from the delivery driver. Will be returned. Would have given no stars if that was an option.

Very happy with this, good clear view and well made.

Just an experiment for spares at work as the price was too good to be true - sadly, that would be correct. Dodgy connection leaves intermittent light and poor strength at best. Funky colours and holding pouch can't disguise the fact after a day or two's usage this were only fit for toys/role play.
