Very cheaply built, broke before first full thread could be made

I am SO done with these people and their product. I am a plumber and have swapped out this product THREE times. First on broke the die first time I used it, second one smoked and quit working temporarily and now the one I have just broke the 1 1/4'" die. This does nothing but cost me money. Oh, and by the way, ALL these being sold on Amazon are from the same Chinese manufacture. Pure garbage. Save up your money and buy a decent product, but skip this one.

I complain because a part is missing from the kit, the part to cut the tube did not come, but I paid for the complete kit.

The 1/2” die broke on the first thread. I used plenty of threading oil.

It took me some time to figure it out, as I was putting the pipe in backwards. Once you have done one pipe, the second is a piece of cake.
