Great winch
The winch was complete and function is great. Installation kit is good and was easy to use except for attachment of the electrical control box. We had to make a bracket to install the control box next to the winch.

Decent winch, fair to poor controller
I have 8 of these on some of my trailers, the winches pull just fine, but the wireless feature of the remotes is impossible to use, and wired function is fair at best, poor at worst. I'm not sure if the wires quickly go bad, or the switches are bad, or both. The controller is alleged to be weather resistant/proof, but if you get any dust or water on these things they refuse to work. So far I've modified a couple of them to accept another type of controller with excellent results.
