Have used this seafood seasoning for years on fish and scallops and it's a perfect, balanced flavor blend. Add a little butter or olive oil and a squeeze of lemon and it makes fresh seafood shine without overwhelming the flavor of the fish. Great stuff that I always keep in my pantry.

These are both great. The Salmon spice and the seafood blackening. Don't let the names fool us; use them on all sorts of stuff. My favorite "shakers."

This is pretty tasty, but I just noticed the first ingredient is sugar. Then I looked at nutritional facts and it says it has 0 grams of sugar. What sense does that make?
