Fixed the steering slop
Everything fit like it was supposed to on JD L120. Not sure why they send 1 bolt instead of 2 but I was able to salvage one of the old ones. I did not use the plastic bushings as the existing ones were metal and looked to be ok. The old sprocket was hard to remove and I ended up damaging some of the threads on the steering shaft but was able to rethread it. Might want to use a punch and hammer because just hitting the nut caused my thread damage. I have no complaints and would buy again.

Fixed my mower

Not great - weak metal
Extremely weak metal on the pinion gear (the silver gear). I've already bought the oem replacement directly from John Deere (part GX20053). Hopefully that works better.
