My feet are always cold, but I don’t have space in all my shoes for a super thick warm insole.So I bought these since they are so much thinner than any other warm insoles.They give me a good deal of warmth without making my shoes feel tight, and they do not interfere with my arch support shoes.I LOVE them.I am going to buy more, so I won’t have to switch between shoes!

I ordered these to put into my Merrell Thermo Chill boots, to give a little extra warmth on winter hikes.My boots are a size men's 10 wide. You can see in the image how the sizing of the M US 12 I ordered compares to the M 10w stock insoles, as well as the spenco cushion liners I typically use under the stock insoles (the Spencos were already cut to size).The width of the M12 is about the same as my 10 wides, and I can cut the length to size.I will try to update again when I get them out on a cold day. Predicted 40s Sunday, so I'll be wearing other boots.

Worked great in the winter and my last air plane flights (I always have cold feet on plane rides and then can't sleep well). These insoles are not bulky but warm. I love these insoles and am glad I found them :-)

Needed something for my biker boots that would add cushion, retain warmth, and not crowd my feet. These inserts worked like a charm. Highly recommended.

I have rubber soles on my slippers and found it impossible to keep my feet warm because of the cold of the rubber penetrated through the pile lining of the slippers. I thought, if only I could put a reflective element in there... These do exactly that -- reflective on the bottom with a comfortable wool layer on top. I'm so happy!After reading other reviews, I ordered a size 12 for my size 10 slippers. The fit was perfect with no trimming required.

WARMTHThis insole is thin but warm, which is exactly what I was looking for. When they arrived, I put an insole in one shoe but not in the other, to test and see if I could feel a difference. There was a very definite difference, and the foot with the insole was much warmer.SOFTNESSThe wool top is a lovely, soft wool, so no scratchiness against your bare skin (I don't wear socks). It also nicely wicks any moisture away, so your feet stay dry.THICKNESSThe insole is surprisingly thin, so it fits even in shoes where there is not a lot of extra room.STABILITYI was worried that the insoles might move around too much, since the shoes I wear them with are slip on and fairly snug. Or that the insole might try and come out every time I pulled my foot out of the shoe. Neither issue has occurred. The silvery side (the bottom) has a little bit of stickiness to it, which seems to be enough to keep it from moving around, but the insole can still easily be removed if needed.WIDTHAfter reading so many reviews here that said the insole was narrow, I tool their advice and sized up 3 sizes and also bought a men's size (even though I am female), thinking the mens sizes might run wider. The result is that that I ended up with an insole that is wide enough at the front in the toe box/ball area, and about 1/2 inch too long (I just cut off the excess at the heel with a regular pair of scissors). However, this insole is pretty NARROW in the arch area in particular. There is a gap in the arch area where the insole does not cover the foot bed that is about 1/2" wide at the widest point. Almost like the insole is designed for a woman's high heel dress pump. I happen to have high arches, so while I can see the gap when I look inside the shoe, I don't feel the gap because of my high arches. If you have flat feet, it might be a different story, and feeling the gap might be bothersome.COLORIvory beige does not seem like a preferred insole color to me, it seems like it can easily get dirty and look grimy. I wish it came in a dark color, like brown, gray or black. There are no washing instructions on the packaging (although it does not say not to either). While the wool part should be washable, I would be concerned that washing the insole could remove the stickiness from the silver side that helps it not move around. I suppose we shall see.SUMMARYI love these insoles. Warm and thin, which is what I needed. The quality of the materials, design & general construction deserves 5 stars, but I am taking off one star because of the absurdly narrow width in the arch. I suggest buying at least a couple sizes larger than you usually wear, and trimming it to fit with regular scissors.

Son demasiado angostas, por lo que en todos los zapatos queda mucho espacio a los lados y no alcanzan a cubrir el ancho del pie, así que resultan algo incómodas. Respecto a la temperatura, no se siente gran diferencia entre traerlas puestas y no traerlas.

Sirven para amortiguar un poco el frío en el calzado cuando se usa calcetines afelpadoslo único malo es que la parte inferior de aluminio y aislante se va desgastando rápidamente con el uso.
