I bought this because of a teammate recommendation. I used it for my training and actual race of Miami Man 70.3 at the end of 2018. It keeps you hydrated and perfect amount of carbs to keep you going. Looking forward to taste the new Iced Lemonade flavor. I strongly recommend the Recovery Drink, it’s been my go to for a while now.
