I had to update my review on this one, it's actually not a bad product. The software that comes with it is a piece of junk however. After I deleted it I plug the USB back into my computer and was able to sync my headphones and everything else perfectly. So overall I would recommend this product.This was not a permanent fix and it has gone back it its useless status

week product, hard to install windows will recognize some drivers but it will not work with them. It works only with the drivers that it comes with, bad part is that it overwrites the original windows drivers and disables the on-board Bluetooth, being an external device I expect to have his own network independent of what it is already installed. It does not come with a managing software for it, it has only a error reporting software that is not much help.The little Cd that comes with does not have a little auto-run program that will run and detect your system and install your driver, you have to manually go to the file and install the wright driver based on the operating system, I will not hold this as a bad thing but is definitely not user friendly

This is a very good Mpow Bluetooth dongle it works well with my computer and my wireless headset microphone. There is no real delay in my dictation and I find it to be extremely useful. Beyond that, when I turn on the microphone it sinks right away with the computer and I'm good to go.

***FIX***If you don't have an optical drive to put the CD into, follow these steps:1) Go here: https://plugable.com/products/usb-bt4le#drivers2) Scroll all the way down until you find the correct OS you're running. It seems Windows 10 users won't experience problems, but Windows 7 users, like myself, might.3) Run driver installation4) Pair your device5) If your device is a playback device (aka headphones), then go to Control Panel -> Hardware & Sound -> Manage Audio Devices6) Click the playback tab7) Scroll down until you see the device you paired8) Right click on the device and click "Set as Default Device"It should work!

My Windows 10 PC was missing built-in Bluetooth functionality and I had two pairs of wireless headsets I could have been using with it. This Bluetooth dongle was perfect for the job. I had no issues plugging it in, installing the software, or getting it to pair with either of my headsets. No issues keeping these devices paired either with this dongle, so long as I stayed in range. Which is easy to do where I live! Audio quality COULD use a little work but it might have just been my own ears and/or the headsets I have, rather than the dongle, so I didn't factor it into the rating. Perhaps something to take a look at but I won't hold it against the merchant. Otherwise, so far so good!

The seller (Patozon) sent me a new unit and it works tremendously better. If your devices are having any connectivity issues or just poor connection in general (headphones sound very muffled, mice or keyboard inputs dropping, file transfers just not happening) then you may be cursed with a faulty device. The new usb stick I received is working great and I would recommend to anyone looking to add some bluetooth to their device!

It was difficult finding the correct drivers for my Win7 laptop. The dongle cap broke off within the first week. I promptly received a replacement dongle, however after reloading the drivers and starting the pairing process with my MPOW-059 headset, I received the following message..."Error connecting to headset. Please retry this operation".

AT THE PRICE i PURCHASE IT AT I DID NOT THINK IT WOULD WORK THAT GOOD. I WAS WRONG, THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT AND VERY EASY TO SET UP.
