Fantastic docker. I bought this to use in an industrial kitchen were we do lots of big pizzas. Does the job perfect with even holes and a very solid roller which I think will last a long time. Would recommend.

Nothing fancy, light weight but with a little pressure it does the job. I liked the rubber inserts on the sides so as it does not slip when using it The spiked wheel can be removed to make cleaning easy

Ich habe mir den Roller eigentlich für Pizza gekauft, nutze ihn jetzt aber fast ausschließlich, um meine selbstgebackene Brote ( besonders Fladenbrot und Sauerteigbrote ) vor dem Backen zu stippen. Die Löcher sind perfekt, damit das Brot nicht unkontrolliert aufreißt, behält trotzdem eine tolle Textur. Erliegt gut in der Hand die Spikes sind scharf genug und er lässt sich leicht reinigen. Saubere Verarbeitung, würde ich sofort wieder kaufen.
