It arrived in perfect condition, with box intact. And yes, this model is fully assembled except for drink holder. The hardest part was the unboxing. Extremely well packed. I just had to unfold and adjust height to my liking. Used it twice today and found it to be a sturdy, fairly quiet, and simple to use. No apps or sign-ups needed. Just get on and walk. A nice quality product. Very happy so far.

Haven't even had this three years. Maybe use it 100 days each year. The belt is slipping. Slows down, speeds up. Smells hot. Disappointed, even though it is only $600, I would expect it to last longer than three years. My previous treadmill was used by two of us five to ten times a week for over ten years and was still working perfectly when we sold it. I won't buy OMA again!!

Love this treadmill. I cannot believe how easy it was to set up. It was a job getting it into the house - but once the box was opened, moving it around became much easier. I use bungies to secure the folded treadmill to a heavy commercial DB rack, so it’s out of the way when not in use in my garage gym. I can take my walk now anytime without having to plan according to the weather!

UPDATE: Customer service finally contacted me through Amazon. I guess the way to communicate with customer service is through the rating system? Anyway, they gave me directions to open up the hood of the machine. I hesitated to do this originally, thinking it might invalidate any kind of warranty. Anyway, I opened up the hood, and the belt had come completely off, which makes a lot of sense now because it was making a very strange noise out of the box. The belt wasn't easy to get back on, but thankfully I'm somewhat mechanical and was able to do it. It's now working. Let's hope it stays working. I upgraded my rating from 1 to 3 stars. If I hadn't had to go through all of this, and it was working as it should, it would have been a 4 star rating. ORIGINAL HEADLINE: **DO NOT BUY** I've had this treadmill for one month, and a week ago it stopped working. I've tried everything to contact the manufacturer in an attempt to exchange it, with no luck. Phone number doesn't work. Contact form doesn't work. They DO NOT respond to email. Now I have a treadmill that I paid $500 for that is not working. It's infuriating.

Great treadmill. PRO: It was easy to set up and folds slim to be stored (in upright position). Easy to use, I like that the side handles have the optional control buttons in addition to the main display. The cup holder is handy as well. I use it about 4 times a week to walk & jog. I weigh 145 lbs. CON: The treadmill says it can support up to 300 lbs but we’re not so sure about that…. My fiancé, weighs 250 lbs & used it…he was walked for about 30 mins at 2.3mph and we started to notice a burning smell!! He stopped the machine and unplugged it. We didn’t see any smoke but the motor housing area was extremely hot to touch! We let it cool down and chose not to use it for a couple days. Since then, I used it and haven’t noticed any issues. My fiancé is hesitant to try it again because he believes the maximum weight allowed is much less than 250 and he doesn’t want to break it. Not sure if it was a random issue or if it is indeed due to the weight threshold.

The motor on this treadmill went out right after the two-year warranty was up. I would not recommend purchasing this brand. It would overheat and smell like burning rubber and ultimately gave out. We are now stuck with a non-working treadmill only after two years of use.

This is so nice. I will say it skips a bit when you first get on but it works great. Folds up to fit under furniture. Quiet!! I love this. I use mine 45 mins every Monday -Friday . Worth the money Good quality .

Used the OMA 1017 for walking 5-6 times a week. Stopped using it during the Fall to walk more outside. Started to use it again when the winter cold started, but after a couple of weeks heard a beeping sound coming from the machine. The machine wouldn't remain on but for a few seconds after starting. It would turn itself off, then come back on after about a minute. Starting the belt would only last a few seconds before turning off again. Reached out to the Product Support both from the Amazon site and directly from the manufacturer's site. With 3 weeks left on the warranty, I wanted to find out what they could do, but there was absolutely no response. Worked ok while it lasted, but don't expect help from the vendor and expect to put it in bulk trash pickup before the year's warranty is up.
