Was looking into purchasing this from the local Philippine distributor but it was out of stock. Was browsing casually online and I had found this at such a great deal. Apparently it was on sale. With international shipping, it was still cheaper than PH price. When it arrived, I was a bit confused if it was the same product. I find the neck pillow to be firmer than my travel pillow. But with time and use, its more comfortable now. I had to adjustment to the ultra firmness of this pillow.

Really tight around the neck. The website also mentions it's a medium-firm pillow but I didn't think it would be this tough to lay on

Very firm pillow, nice soft material. Treated with care it should last a lifetime.

Perfect pillowit is hard at first and you have to wear it in but when you do it keeps your head in the perfect place to sleep…. This is my third one so I keep the older one out on the couch and the other one in my suitcase

Just take the case off if it’s too tight.

TemperPedic neck pillows are absurdly comfortable! I love that the lining is easy to take off so that I can wash it regularly. My girlfriend liked the one I got her for our apartment so much that I bought her this pillow as a house warming gift.This pillow in particular is very firm. She kept the box for over a week debating on returning it. She ended up keeping it and happily use it every night.

Latex cushion is good but that's where the goodies end. Latext cushion is also heavy so it adds to the weight of your carryon load.This pillow not better than other travel pillows out there at similar price point. The cover does not have connecting buttons so it doesn't support your chin when you incline your head forward while you sleep.If you're buying this because you've been impressed by other tempur bed products you've used so far, you will probably be disappointed.
