I was living life with inflammation and fight or flight on to the max! I couldn’t figure any way to calm things down by after taking these, within an hour there was a massive difference. Note that these are gonna fix anything, but these are gonna turn the stress signals off to allow your body to fix itself. If you are still in stress (physical, mental, digestive issues etc) you need to fix those problems. Get your diet in check etc and then take these. It was a massive difference for me at first and then the benefit seemed to be not noticeable. I assume because for the most part I fixed the problems that was causing the fight or flight to be constantly activated.

Wow ! It is awesome. I don’t think I can survive without it. I now have Rheumatoid arthritis, and also my regular arthritis, and 5 joint replacements. So I am a great test subject. I am not a good candidate for regular medicine , and that’s fine because. I Believe in natural supplements first. Your product works and does not bother my stomach. I noticed a lot less stiffness and inflammation. I love to crochet and have not done so , because of pain in my hands. They are slowly getting better and I am back to my beloved craft. I started taking this as a potential replacement for another SPM supplement that's literally double the price. The effectiveness appears to be exactly the same for half the price. No negative side effects. Efficacy is good.

While I can't completely rule out coincidence, this product seemed to make whatever pokes at me in my neck/jaw area much more mobile, and I may have actually experienced permanent structural improvement. I have had similar increased mobility with a few other kinds of anti-inflammatory probucts, and a few of the newer forms of magnesium (though not with NSAIDs for some reason). This makes me believe this is very effective against inflammation. I'm also excited that some data suggests this is useful for healing tendons. I still don't know exactly what kind of tissue I have hurt in my back, but I like to think this stuff may help. Sadly I haven't been carefully monitering my back while trying double wood's SPM (for a couple weeks), and don't know if it was helpful there. The softgels are more diamond/football shaped than the usual oval, fairly clear like vitamin E softgels, and on the small side making them easy to swallow. I noticed no stomache upset, and I have a sensitive stomache. All in all I think it's an excellent supplement from a favorite brand.

A close friend of mine used to race dirt bikes. He was one of those people that could fly over the loop-de-loos in one jump. In other words, he was CRAZY! Inevitably, as caution was never a word in his vocabulary, he had a bad crash. He was surgically reassembled and repaired, with only a mildly faint gimp in his gait due to a fused ankle. Mind you, this knee was only given a 5 year warranty 23 years ago! I bought it. I noticed its effect by the third day, and not just in my knee. I have had hand, shoulder, and knee surgeries, broken all but one finger in my hands, lost track of how many stitches I have received after 200, and my 6 Lacrosse trophies disguised as front teeth that remind me of my reckless glory days of yesteryears gone by - and my tendonitis - are all better! My knee especially, then I noticed the rest that followed as unintended yet thankful consequences. This is nothing short of a miracle! I cannot recommend it enough!

Well, I’ve been taking these for 32 days and I am not wearing my knee brace when I take my daily walk - in fact I’m back to 5 miles a day! At first I thought it was my new shoes, but then I realized my shoulders feel great too! Hips are great as well - basically I’m feeling like I did 5 years ago! No more pain & energy level is back! No need to pay more than twice the amount for the same, if not better quality!

Good price, double the strength of my previous supplement, so good price as well.
