I recently started making my own loaves of bread and I had issues with my go-to rectangular steel pan (that I normally use for cakes). A breadmaking friend of mine recommended I buy a silicone pan to make the bread easier to remove from the pan. I bought this product mostly for its size - it was the only one I found that came in a true 9x5 size (as in: interior dimensions), which was a requirement for me since my recipe has been refined to exactly fit that size. I do believe the pan is "true to size" since I use the exact same recipe and it fills the pan properly.I am extremely happy with this product: it not only solved my problem but did so quite inexpensively. I still butter and flour the pan, as I normally do with every pan, so I cannot comment on how good the silicone is on its own, but it definitely works better than my steel pan (using the exact same recipe/procedure) and, being flexible, makes it easy to remove from the pan. It is also easier to clean than my other pans - a definite advantage that I had not foreseen prior to using the pan.I'm not sure whether the "stabilizer bars" are an actual engineering feature or if its a marketing gimmick. On one hand, the pan is quite supple and does deform when soaking it with water. On the other hand, my bread comes out with very straight edges/sides.

Easy to clean,that what is important for me.

I use these to make mini loaf banana bread and freeze them. They stand on their own. so far no bulging. Loaves easily pop out of the pan. they are easy to clean by hand or pop in the dishwasher. Very happy and recommend.

They might cost a little extra but that's because they are a little extra very sturdy for silicone pan and cherry walnut bread came right out!

Holds it shape and easy to clean but I would definitely recommend using a cookie sheet to keep stable

I only filled mine halfway but it worked beautifully and was sturdy,, not as weak and wobbly as other silicone baking pans.

Works great for banana bread which is what I got them for. Bread turned out moist so it wasn’t dry like usually happens when I use a metal bread pan so I am a happy baker.

Usually I love this brand but received these pans today and one of the pans is warped. Probably does not affect baking but an eye sore and won't recommend.
