Defective hoover and missing items
Defective hoover. I was very excited receiving Dyson hoover. After opening the box, we put it to charge. To our disappointment, after 4h it was still not fully charged. Later I found out that there are missing items. Very disappointing for smth you paid £500

Very Poor Information
Only basic safety instructions. No instructions on use, feet type or maintenance. Mounting instructions state 120cm height bracket mounting instructions which is too low!Dyson? VERY POOR.

Overpriced and not durable
This is my first and last Dyson vaccum. I had high hopes for this vacuum cleaner. My faithful Miele had finally given up and decided to venture into the cordless vacuum route. Reviews looked decent and even though it came with a hefty price tag, I thought it would be worth it in the long run. Wrong! Within a few months the green laser light on the floor attachment had stopped working. Dyson did replace it, but the fine strip of felt on the bottom of it fell off after a few months too. Within another few months the stick rod had bent/broken at the top end and had to be replaced. The dust bin developed a crack and needed replacing too. I don’t abuse my vacuums in fact the opposite, but quite frankly I expected much better durability from a £600 vacuum. The other highly annoying thing about Dyson is you cannot get spare parts! Constantly out of stock. The only positive thing is that it is cordless. Even the suction power when using the floor attachment is average. I find I have to go over the same area several times just to pick up all the dust/dirt. I wish I had stuck with Miele and tried their cordless version instead.
