Funciono correctamente, dedaparecio luz del fallo de motor y sintomas de falla. Para indtalar solo calente con una pistola de aire la manguera q une a la válvula para sacarla e instale la nueva. Recomendado.

Had the engine light pop on the other day, and ran the ol code reader and got a P1440 which (thank you Google) lead me to the evaporative purge valve. As fun as it looked to buy the entire kit and replace it all it seemed silly when this little part is the only issue. It's definitely and PITA to get the old one out BUT ONLY BECAUSE the hoses are just shy of being fused to the valve so it took me close to 45 minutes all together to get the old one out and put this new one in. Did have to invest about 5 bucks into a rubber hose and some hose clamps from the parts store but even when all was said and done I still saved a very significant amount of money vs buying the whole kit. Cleared the check engine light and still going strong a little over a month later. We'll see what kind of longevity I get out of it but as if right now, this completely fixed my issue. Grateful you can buy just the valve!

My sister's car was having issues starting up after every gas fill up. Scanned the car for codes and found P1450: Cannot bleed up fuel tank vacuum. My research found that the purge valve solenoid was the problem. This fixed the issue she was having.

What others has said, it seems like the OEM part with out the silly vacuum hoses. I removed the old one and cut the plastic ridged piping and connected the valve to the vacuum hose with 3/8 fuel hose and clamps. Engine stopped misfiring after a fill up and now runs like a scalded dog.
