My bread knife goes through hard butter just as good as this knife. Don’t bother. Waste of money.

I was hopeful that this knife would make spreading cold butter easier. It does not! It only rolls the butter through the holes if the butter is soft. However it is a sturdy knife good quality, just does not do what it claims to do
