NorCal Brewing Solutions 1.5 Inch Tri Clover CANNING JAR ULTIMATE YEAST HARVESTER for Conical Fermenter

Bought this to use with my 14 gallon SS Brewtech conical fermenter. With a butterfly valve on the bottom dump and castor wheels (threaded as far out as possible), this canning jar system will fit a 1 pint wide-mouth mason jar under the fermenter without leg extensions. I can fit the fermenter, with yeast harvester and s-airlock in my upright freezer fermentation chamber.Brewed a BIG Double IPA with a BIG hop bill, and even trying to minimize trub tansfer from the kettle, I was glad I had this. Dumped a pint of thick hop sludge 24 hours after start of fermentation. Then, replaced by submerging the whole thing and starsan and purging with CO2 (to prevent oxidation) prior to reattaching.Slick bit of kit for sure. With multiple wide-mouth jars, I'm all set to cut down on the cost of yeast now!
